I want to share my amazing experience of knowing Puru. I met him in 2016 when I was diagnosed with PCOS and was trying to understand how to deal with it because I wanted to conceive a child. As I didn’t wish to go under fertility treatments, my doctor asked me to change my lifestyle. It was then that I met Puru and started my journey with him. He inspired me to do things which I never thought I would be doing. Positivity, motivation and that right amount of pushing from him just kept me going. I lost 8 kgs in less than 3 months and got pregnant with my daughter by the end of 3rd month – naturally i.e. without any medications! I have no one to thank but him. Part of me believed that this was ‘kinda impossible to happen’ medically but it did – he got me through my dietary changes, weight training, and shifting me smoothly to a better lifestyle to change my life for the better. All this happened despite us not living in the same parts of the world that Puru spends his time in!
I can’t thank Dr Sukhpreet Patel enough for introducing me to him and, yes, I still follow him and would do that for life. Thank you once again “Puru the Guru” for changing my life so positively!
