Making it fun!If you have trained to run between 1:50 and 2:10 you must make the ride from now until then more interesting by registering to be part of my bus. And, even if you do not make it to the bus on race day for some reason, you will find it worthwhile staying in touch until then. I guarantee that for whatever time that you are able to be with me, you will have fun. Simply go to this quick link to register and I shall be in touch with you. Making it fun!

Pacer Bands: I will produce pacer bands with the 2020 embellishments in the next few weeks for a wide range of target finish times. Having said that, with the routes expected to remain the same for both the half and full marathon, do check out the pacer bands of 2019 and print out as many as you think you need to get a hang of them. The ones for 2020 will be out once the route is confirmed by the race organizers.

Useful tip: if you are not sure if you can finish in 1:59 or 2:04, you can use the pacer bands for both, just stay within the corridor they set for you!
