As a 42-year-old successful career woman and mother with a beautiful family, I had a life I’d always dreamed of. However, my days were frequently marred by migraines that had become part of my daily routine. Desperate for relief, I tried everything I could find over the past few years, including migraine patches and prescribed medications. Despite my efforts, nothing provided satisfying or lasting relief. To make matters worse, I constantly felt nauseated and bloated. 

While I was navigating all this while maintaining an active social life, my cousin Sanjana visited me. She had nothing but praise for someone I’d never heard of — Puru. She said, “…and, if your well-being is your priority, you should at least give him a chance.” That resonated with me. For a long time, I had put my health on the back burner, but now that my kids (16 and 11 years old) were more independent, I felt I could focus on my health before it was too late. My family’s history of high blood pressure and diabetes was waiting for me, and I knew I needed to act.

Fast forward five or six months after partnering with Puru, and I no longer experience headaches or feelings of exhaustion and nausea. In fact, I’m now in the best shape I’ve been in for the past two decades—or should I say, since my late teens! I’m finally focusing on long-overdue personal and creative goals alongside my full-time work. My days feel longer, my efficiency is skyrocketing, and I frequently hear compliments like, “Hey, you look 10 years younger…what’s your secret?

Puru’s guidance was truly life-changing. But, I won’t lie; it all started with a lengthy questionnaire and a long lecture from Puru! He had me take small steps, like daily monitoring of my food intake down to the ingredients, timing my meals, tracking sleep cycles, keeping a migraine diary, logging my exercise routine, daily weigh-ins, step counts, and more. Slowly, I eliminated certain foods and introduced others as per his recommendations, which ended up benefiting my whole family. Gradually, my headaches decreased over a few months. The same family members who initially found my changes annoying were now happy to see me pain-free and joyful all the time. It was a wonderful milestone for us.

At one point, I was feeling significantly better and asked Puru for his help with my fitness goals. He patiently assessed my level, running style, routine, and goals, giving me small adjustments and a better approach to reaching my final destination. Around the same time, we had a weight loss competition at work with a quarter to lose the highest percentage of weight. I decided to add that to our list of goals! Puru’s training ensured I didn’t experience migraines or lose valuable lean muscle while losing weight, which was remarkable. Hunger and stress had initially triggered my migraines, but he helped me eliminate those issues. I not only completed a half-marathon with minimal training but also won the weight loss competition at work, losing 10.5 pounds in one quarter and feeling stronger and more confident than ever.

Puru’s methods, commitment, and guidance worked wonders for me, and I hope to have him as a life coach going forward! Whatever challenge I bring to him, he has the patience and insight to help me reach my goals. It felt as though we were on this journey together. Obstacles like the US–India time difference or overlapping goals didn’t matter; he supported me the entire way. Some days he’d get firm with me, while other days he felt like a close friend. I feel fortunate to know Puru. He has helped so many people achieve their big goals; I hope to help others even half as much as he has. 

I learned early in life that it is too short and unpredictable, and with Puru’s help, I’ve made my present brighter and set the stage for the coming decades to be even better.
