Disclaimer for other races
A word of caution to remember –  these bands have been calibrated specifically for the Mumbai Marathon 2018 route and elevation profile. Although they might (approximately) work for other races of similar distance, they will not be ideal and you might find yourself being ahead or behind of the band at certain points of that other race.

  1. Hi Puru. Thanks for your work on pacing bands. I was wondering if you have similar timing splits for negative splits planning also.

    • Your best bet is to work a few seconds slower off the band for your target time for the first half, and then, of course finish to that very same band’s final cells in the second.

    I liked your Band . I am planning to use 3:29 band for full marathon. Could you also print the required pace along with Km split so that we can know what pace to run at that km.
